HOW DO I RETURN?

On the occasion you are not happy with your purchase; simply send a return request to returns@littlewisdomwears.com (within 14 days of receipt) stating your order number, item(s) you are returning and your reason for return. We will then send you a returns label pending the return being approved.
 
 
WILL I RECIEVE A REFUND?

Providing the items are received in an unworn condition, tags are attached, the garments are in their original packaging and the return is requested within 14 days of shipping; you will receive a refund (minus the cost of shipping) to your original payment method. We will aim to have your payment with you within 10 working days.
 
CAN I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM OR SIZE?

If you are wanting to exchange an item for a different size, or item (so long as the same cost) we can arrange this if you send your request to returns@littlewisdomwears.com (within 14 days of receipt).  Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfil exchanges that will incur a cost increase/deficit; these must be done by completing a return and creating a new order amongst our kids clothing range.
